Your brand on the box, the screen and the stream.

System integrators, telcos and resellers offer our encoders, decoders, codecs and IPTV to their customers under their own name, with us behind them for the engineering.

A Framecastic 1 RU unit, sold under your own brand

The problem.

System integrators, telcos and resellers want to offer encoding, contribution and IPTV under their own name. Building it themselves takes years of development, and reselling somebody else's product puts another company's brand in front of their customer every day.

How it works.

  1. You choose the units

Any unit in our range, as a finished box or as software for servers you buy to our specification.

  2. We brand them

Before a unit leaves us it is set up under your name.

  3. You sell and support

You sell to your customer and give first-line support. We give second-line support: fixes and updates.

  4. Your customer sees one company

    Yours.

White label with Framecastic Framecastic builds the units: encoders, decoders, codecs, IPTV and the transcoder, as finished boxes or as software for your servers. Before a unit leaves, it is set up under your name: in its web interface and manual, on the wire as the DVB service provider of every channel, and on its datasheets. You sell it and give first-line support, Framecastic gives second-line support, and your customer sees one company: yours. What you get.

Your name in the interface

The browser tab, icon, sign-in page, header and built-in manual carry your brand, on every unit and on the central dashboard that manages them.

Your name on the wire

Every channel announces your company as its DVB service provider, so your customer's headend sees you, not us.

Your name on paper

Datasheets are generated with your brand, from the same source as ours, so they stay correct.

Rebranded without a reinstall

The brand is set on the unit after installation and can be changed without new software or a restart.

The whole range, boxes or software

SDI, ST 2110 and HDMI encoders, decoders, the Portable and Compact codecs, the IPTV Server and set-top boxes, and the ABR transcoder: as finished units, or as software on servers you source yourself to our specification.

Engineers behind you

Free remote training, and direct access to the people who wrote the code when your customer needs something we have not built yet.

Already sold under a partner's name

A partner in the United Kingdom sells our units to its own customers under its own brand, in the interface and on the datasheets.

Good to know.

  • Branded per unit. Your name is set on each unit when we release it to you. A unit nobody has branded says Framecastic.
  • Labels on the box. Physical labels with your name are available for orders of five or more units.

Put your name on it.

Remote access to a running unit first, then a unit branded with your name, so you can show your customer exactly what they will get.
