The Framecastic SDI Encoder takes up to 16 SDI inputs and encodes them in real time to H.264 or H.265 MPEG-TS for IP distribution, carrying the embedded audio through and tagging it by language. It is built for plants where the router is still SDI and the distribution is already IP: the same job as the ST 2110 encoder, from baseband.
